Description
Wood burning fireplace Koza Picard
KOZA PICARD is a steel free-standing stove with a rounded front that uniquely enhances the beautiful vision of the fire.
It is simple and practical to use with maximum energy efficiency.
PICARD is a steel free-standing stove with a rounded front that uniquely enhances the beautiful vision of the fire. It is an excellent solution for people looking for a modern and ecological device.
Modern design and ecological combustion
The interior of the stove is lined with the innovative material TERMOTEC, which is perfectly different from the stove, and which gives it a modern design. TERMOTEC is a ceramic material that accumulates heat and raises the temperature in the furnace.
The solid sliding handle (with a click) makes it easier to seal the door. This makes the stove suitable for homes with good air flow.
Below the combustion chamber there is an additional, closed chamber, in which the air connection system is hidden. Opening the chamber door is based on an intuitive push-to-open system that does not require an additional handle.
The stove meets the Ekodesign criteria and the restrictive BImSchV 2 norms that set the maximum CO emission.
Maximum utilization of energy
More efficient combustion and longer maintenance of temperature by lining the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC ceramic material that accumulates heat and raises the temperature in the furnace.
Complete combustion of dust thanks to a deflector that extends the exhaust path. This process increases combustion efficiency and guarantees better energy consumption. It also minimizes the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere. In addition, the membrane installed on the exhaust opening functions similarly to the deflector, increasing the efficiency of the device.
Primary air is supplied thanks to the built-in 100 mm external air inlet. The air supply is located at the bottom of the stove. The stove has a cover plate on the back wall and a hole in the bottom. Thanks to it, the user can choose the method of connecting the outside air. The air is adjusted with a flap that can be adjusted with one regulator located under the door. This solution prevents improper use.
The triple air system of the combustion chamber: primary air – directed to the grate; secondary air is supplied through holes located in the back wall. In addition, a clear glass system (air curtain) was applied.
Security at the highest level
The front of the PICARD is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics and can withstand temperatures up to 660 ° C. The glass we recommend is certified for quality and safety.
The body and front part of the insert are resistant to high temperatures due to the use of high-quality steel. They also ensure the stability of the entire structure.
The steel elements are laser cut using modern devices and then bent on CNC bending machines.
Simple and practical use
The stove can be easily kept clean thanks to the removable grate and the ash container.
The glazing remains clean thanks to the clear glass system used in it. An air curtain separates the glass from the firebox. Thanks to this, it does not get dirty.
The PICARD has the option of installing the exhaust system on the top and back of the device, which makes it easy to install (to install the rear exhaust, you need to purchase a top plate cover).
The warranty covers:
