Modern VN L 810 410 (left) insert in version with a raised door (guillotine - "lift up" system) with side glazing without a partition combines unique aesthetics and exceptional usability. In addition to visual qualities, the device guarantees efficient room heating and ecological wood burning. Front glass dimensions: 81×54 cm. 

SECURITY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

The insert ensures the safety of use, because it has a so-called parental lock, which protects against unauthorized door opening.

The front part of the insert is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics that can withstand temperatures up to 660°C. Built-in glass has a quality and safety certificate.

The body and front part of the insert are resistant to high temperatures thanks to the use of high-quality steel.

The door frame is made of a closed profile, which makes it stable and resistant to the stresses that arise during operation at high temperatures. The perfect impermeability of the insert is guaranteed thanks to the solid welded joints made in the noble gas shield. Steel elements are laser cut with the use of modern devices, and then bent on CNC bending machines. 

DESIGN

The VN insert attracts attention with its modern design and aesthetic finish. It impresses with a harmonious vision of fire, giving the interior a unique style. Heat radiates not only from the front, but also from the sides.

The fireplace is equipped with a single, decorative glass pane, thanks to which it looks elegant and modern. The use of this solution optically increases the front part of the insert and emphasizes the vision of the fire. 

EFFICIENCY

The insert door works in the lift up system - the glass is raised. This system is built on the basis of a counterweight - a pulley with a steel cable passes in the guides on two rollers with a ball bearing, thanks to which the weight of the door is evenly distributed. They move on fire-resistant bearings along sliding guides built into the frame, which guarantees their light, quiet and smooth operation. The door moves a few millimeters from the body, which prevents damage to the seal. The pressure system guarantees complete impermeability of the stove.

Thanks to vertically raised and lowered doors, we can place wood in the hearth in a very convenient way. An additional mechanism that allows the opening of the side windows, which facilitates their cleaning and keeps the stove clean.

The device is additionally equipped with a clean glass system - thanks to the so-called Curtain, the air flow is evenly distributed, wipes the glass and minimizes the deposition of soot on it. This allows you to maintain an efficient and clean appearance of the glass for a long time.

The fireplace has a specially profiled bottom plate made of TERMOTEC, thanks to which the combustion chamber is deeper and contains more wood. Keeping the insole clean is easier thanks to the mounted grid and the container in which the ash is collected.

The internal audit system enables service activities to be carried out on the inside of the stove without destroying the fireplace surround.

It can be used in different mounting conditions, thanks to the adjustable legs and the movable exhaust opening with 360° adjustment. 

MAXIMUM UTILIZATION OF ENERGY

More efficient combustion and longer temperature maintenance is achieved thanks to the coating of the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC, a material that accumulates heat and increases the temperature in the furnace. In addition, its smooth, white surface looks great inside a fireplace.

Combustion of fuel particles takes place thanks to two deflectors, which widen the path of exhaust gases. This process also increases combustion efficiency and guarantees a better use of energy, thus minimizing the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

The cartridge has a horizontal flame pipe built into a high chimney, which enables additional heat recovery from the exhaust gases, and thus maximum energy use.

The device has a triple ventilation system of the combustion chamber, thanks to which the combustion of wood in the insert is ecological and, most importantly, economical.

Primary air is supplied to the insert from the outside, thanks to the built-in 125 mm air supply connection. The air supply connection is located in the floor of the insert. Its regulation takes place with the use of a built-in gas set by one regulator located under the door, which excludes errors in improper use. The entire mechanism works inside the fireplace, very quietly and without problems.

ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS

The VN model meets the criteria of Ekodesign and the restrictive BImSchV 2 standard that sets the maximum CO emission.
