The small size of the NBC air insert, glazed on 3 sides, combines unique aesthetics and exceptional performance properties. In addition to visual qualities, the fireplace guarantees efficient room heating and ecological burning of wood. Thanks to the use of modern materials and innovative technical solutions, they are characterized by very good technical parameters. One of its many advantages is the possibility of connecting an external air intake. Decorative glass adds elegance to the insert. In addition, it has a safe mechanism for opening the combustion chamber.

SECURITY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

A fireplace with three windows ensures the safety of use because it has a side opening system. You don't have to open all three windows – you can open just one to easily and affordably add wood.

The insert glass is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics that can withstand temperatures up to 660 ° C. The embedded glass has a quality and safety certificate.

The body and front part of the insert are resistant to high temperatures thanks to the use of high-quality steel.

The door frame is made of a closed profile, which makes it stable and resistant to the stresses that occur during operation at high temperatures. The perfect impermeability of the insert is guaranteed thanks to solid welds made in a noble gas shield. Steel elements are cut with laser cutters and then bent on CNC bending machines. 

ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION

NBC is a modern wood-burning fireplace – it meets the requirements of ecological design and the BImSchV 2 standard, which determines the highest CO emission. The NBC model meets the ecological design standards and the requirements of the restrictive BImSchV 2 standard, which determines the highest CO emissions.

EASY TO USE

The insert door has a neat handle that allows you to easily open and close only selected windows. We have changed the typical NBC fireplace mechanism by installing hinged side doors. It's the answer for traditionalists who don't like upward-opening doors. This does not cause difficulties in use because the windows open independently of each other.

The device is additionally equipped with a clean glass system – thanks to the so-called U air curtain, the air flow is evenly distributed, wipes the glass and reduces the deposition of soot on it. This allows you to keep the attractive and clean appearance of the glass for a long time.

The fireplace has a specially profiled bottom plate made of TERMOTEC, thanks to which the combustion chamber is deeper and contains more wood, and the logs do not fall on the glass. The combustion chamber lining is available in two variants - light or dark.

Keeping the insert clean is easier thanks to the built-in grate and ash container. 

MAXIMUM USE OF ENERGY

Comsustion of fuel particles takes place thanks to the deflector, which extends the path of exhaust gases, and the secondary air supply system. This process also increases combustion efficiency and guarantees a better use of energy, thus minimizing the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

The fireplace has a triple ventilation system in the combustion chamber, thanks to which the burning of wood in the insert is ecological and, most importantly, economical.

Primary air is supplied to the insert from the outside, thanks to the built-in 125 mm air inlet connection. The air inlet connection is located in the floor of the insert. Its regulation is carried out by means of a built-in throttle set by one regulator, located under the door, which excludes errors during improper use. The entire mechanism works very quietly and flawlessly.
