MBA PW/17/G/W fireplace for central heating 

MBA PW/17/G/W (guillotine) fireplace with water system is adapted for intensive burning for central heating. Exceptional attention to detail, excellent technical parameters and manufacturing precision are the characteristics of this line of fireplaces. 

The fireplace in the version with a system for lifting the door upwards, the so-called "guillotine", combines unique aesthetics and exceptional usability.

MAXIMUM USE OF ENERGY

The body and the front part are made of high-quality steel resistant to very high temperatures.

Efficient combustion and longer maintenance of temperature thanks to the lining of the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC - a material that accumulates heat and increases the temperature in the chamber.

A special assembly of the water jacket enables collecting a large amount of heat from flue gases and transferring it to the heating system, thanks to which it is possible to achieve high energy efficiency of the fireplace.

Built-in coil. The body of the water jacket is reinforced with pins. Inlet / outlet 1/2″.

Stable and stress-resistant, the fireplace door is made of a closed profile. The door seal is located in a profiled channel, which guarantees its proper fit and prevents it from falling out during operation.

A system of two deflectors that extend the exhaust path, the combustion is ecological.

Air supply only from the outside thanks to the built-in 125 mm air inlet with air damper. Adjusting the intake air with a single regulator, which excludes errors in improper use.

The ventilation system of the triple combustion chamber: primary air – directed to the plate where the combustion takes place; secondary air is supplied through openings on the back wall. Additionally, the fireplace uses a clear glass system (air curtain). 

SECURITY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

Perfect impermeability thanks to solid welded joints made in the noble gas shield.

Steel elements are laser cut using modern devices and then bent on CNC bending machines.

The front part of the fireplace is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics that can withstand temperatures up to 660°C.

FAVORABLE USE

The fireplace without grate has so-called afterburning with ash, which means that the fuel burns into fine ash with a minimal amount of residue. The heat energy obtained from wood is used to the maximum.

Reduction of soot deposition thanks to the clear glass system (air curtain).

It can be used in different mounting conditions thanks to the adjustable legs.

MODERN DESIGN

A built-in fireplace with a water unit does not differ in appearance from a typical air fireplace. This only extends the advantages of the latter with the possibility of connecting the fireplace to the central heating system.

The fireplace is equipped with an elegant and comfortable handle.

GUARANTEE

The fireplace has a 5-year warranty.

The warranty covers:

– proper operation of the fireplace;

– cast iron elements;

– movable elements of control mechanisms;

– TERMOTEC ceramic plates for a period of 2 years;

– grilles and seals for a period of 1 year;

- odor complaints within 6 months of installation (documented by an entry in the warranty card).

The warranty does not cover:

– heat-resistant ceramics (glass, resistant to temperatures up to 800 ° C). It covers any damage, including soot or burns caused by the use of prohibited fuels, discoloration, tarnishing and other changes caused by thermal overload;

– all errors resulting from non-observance of the instructions for use

– all errors occurring during transport from the distributor to the customer*;

- all errors that occur during installation, installation and commissioning

– complaints related to an incorrectly selected product (installation of a device with too little or too much power in relation to the demand);

– damage caused by thermal overload

*We can accept all damages caused during transport from the distributor to the customer only if they are reported in a timely manner - reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment by filling out the damage form. (We ask valued customers to carefully inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt, as we will not be able to accept subsequent complaints).
