Description
MBA G built-in fireplace
Modern MBA G (guillotine) insert in version with a system for lifting the door upwards, the so-called "guillotine" combines unique aesthetics and exceptional usability. Exceptional attention to detail, excellent technical parameters and manufacturing precision are the characteristics of this line of inserts. The dimensions of the front glass of almost 71x50 cm will make the fire visible and give a special atmosphere to the space where the fireplace is located. MBM fireplaces are made of steel and the interior is lined with a material that accumulates heat - Termotec.
The mark "G" indicates a version with a door lifting system (guillotine - "lift up" system) which, in addition to elegance, prevents smoke from entering the room.
MAXIMUM UTILIZATION OF ENERGY
The body and the front part are made of high-quality steel resistant to very high temperatures.
Efficient combustion and longer maintenance of temperature thanks to the coating of the combustion chamber TERMOTEC - a material that accumulates heat and increases the temperature in the chamber.
High flue and transverse flue pipes – increase the heat exchange surface between the insert and the environment. Lowering the exhaust gas temperature contributes to increasing the efficiency of the device.
Stable and stress-resistant, the fireplace door is made of a closed profile. The door seal is located in a profiled channel, which guarantees its proper fit and prevents it from falling out during operation.
Combustion of fuel particles thanks to a deflector that widens the exhaust gas path.
Air supply only from the outside thanks to the built-in 125 mm air inlet. Regulation of intake air with a single regulator, which excludes errors in improper use.
The ventilation system of the triple combustion chamber: primary air – directed to the plate where the combustion takes place; secondary air is supplied through openings on the back wall. Additionally, the insert uses a clear glass system (air curtain).
PRECISION AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL
Perfect impermeability thanks to solid welded joints made in the noble gas shield.
Steel elements are laser cut with the use of modern devices, and then bent on CNC bending machines.
The front part of the insert is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics that can withstand temperatures up to 660°C.
ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
The model meets the criteria of Ekodesign and the restrictive BImSchV 2 standard that sets the maximum CO emission.
COMFORT AND EFFICIENCY
Insert without grate - afterburning to ash, which means that the fuel burns into fine ash, which remains a minimal amount. The heat energy obtained from wood is used to the maximum. The bottom panel of the insert is significantly lowered in relation to the door.
The insert door works in the lift up system - the glass is raised. This system is built on the basis of a counterweight - two pulleys (on both sides of the door) with a steel band guided in guides on two rollers with ball bearings, thanks to which the weight of the door is evenly distributed. They move on fire-resistant bearings along sliding guides built into the frame, which guarantees their light, quiet and smooth operation. The door moves a few millimeters from the body, which prevents damage to the seal. The lockable door is forced into the frame, thanks to which the stove is completely solid.
Thanks to the raised and lowered doors, you can load the right amount of wood at once. An additional mechanism that allows the opening of the side windows, which facilitates their cleaning and keeps the stove clean.
Reduction of soot deposition thanks to the clear glass system (air guide).
DESIGN
Decorative heat-resistant glass that can withstand temperatures up to 660°C, which gives the fireplace a modern and elegant look, optically enlarges the front of the insert.
