The Arke 95 cassette is a closed type of fireplace that can be installed in the existing space of an open fireplace.

Its simple and elegant appearance goes hand in hand with excellent heating parameters. Moreover, it has a glass cleaning system, which together with a separate container helps in cleaning.

Maximum utilization of energy

More efficient combustion and longer maintenance of temperature thanks to the combustion chamber lined with Acumotte ceramic material that accumulates heat and increases the temperature in the furnace.

Complete combustion to dust thanks to a deflector that extends the exhaust path. This process increases the burning efficiency and guarantees better energy consumption. It also minimizes emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

The Arke 95 cassette is equipped with turbines located under the combustion chamber. The device has three levels of fan control. Depending on the choice of one of three options: 

Position 0 – the turbines are automatically switched on and run at a reduced speed when the sensor reaches a temperature of 50 °C (the sensor is located under the ashtray in the front part of the device)

Position 1 – the turbines work continuously at a reduced speed regardless of the operation of the device,

Position 2 – the turbines work continuously at full speed, regardless of the operation of the device.

The turbines are responsible for forcing the air circulation in the unit so that the heat is more efficiently transferred to the environment.

Adjusting the air - the so-called The air curtain is performed by a mechanism installed on the fireplace door. Opening the mechanism allows air to enter the fireplace in its upper part, where the combustion of gases produced during the wood burning process takes place. This enables a significant reduction in the emission of harmful CO into the atmosphere. The air directed at the slat "expands" the glass, which pushes the fire and smoke. This significantly reduces soot deposition on the glass so that it remains clean.

Safety

The front of the fireplace is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic glass up to 800 ° C.

The body and the front part of the fireplace are resistant to high temperatures by using high-quality steel during production.

The steel elements are laser cut with the help of modern equipment, and then they are bent using CNC machines.

All fireplaces, including the Kaseta Arka model, have a 5-year warranty.
