Fireplace cassette SAVEN boasts high performance indicators, power, and efficiency. Efficient combustion and afterburning of pyrolysis gases are possible thanks to advanced solutions combining 35 mm thick chamotte lining of the combustion chamber and 30 mm thick vermiculite.

An environmentally friendly paint that emits no smoke during ignition is used for painting the cassettes.

The body of the cassette is made of high-quality steel and hermetically welded using various methods, including laser welding. For additional safety, all openings and connections are sealed with special graphite fireplace cords.

The door profile in the cassettes is resistant to bending and twisting under high temperatures, it does not expand or deform.

Modern Technologies

The steel fireplace cassette inserts SAVEN provide the possibility of connecting an external air supply both from the bottom and the rear of the unit. Changing the nozzle is simple and convenient if needed.

The flue gas outlet pipe can also be connected in two ways: either from the top of the insert or from the rear.

Reliability and Durability Thanks to Quality Materials

For the production of the cassettes, we use hot-rolled carbon low-alloy boiler steel. For the lining, 30 mm vermiculite is used on the device walls and 35 mm Czech chamotte on its bottom.

For safe viewing of the fire, the cassette is equipped with heat-resistant glass from the German manufacturer Schott Robax, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 760°C.

Ease of Use and Simple Maintenance

The fireplace cassette inserts SAVEN have only one regulator that controls the combustion intensity. Additionally, the fireplace insert system is designed in such a way that the unit itself distributes the necessary airflow to different parts: onto the glass (to ensure the "clean glass" system works) and into the lower part of the combustion chamber (onto the flame).

Compact dimensions and the weight of the steel fireplace inserts allow them to be installed in virtually any convenient location.

Each cassette comes with a steel decorative frame that complements the unit's appearance and covers the unsightly joint between the wall and the insert.
